The Challenge
An established specialty manufacturer/ retailer was encountering increasing cash flow problems. The total local market demand was stagnant, and the nature of their offering precluded increasing the geographic market size. Sales were declining as new competitors entered the market area. Capital and management resources were extremely limited.

The Solution
Using INCITE, we completely repositioned the product in the retail marketplace, and initiated a distributor system. During a series of Workshops we motivated the principals to invest in branding their product. We prepared a business plan, developed a marketing plan, assisted with the financing applications & presentations and secured bank financing. Then we assisted in the implementation of the marketing plan. Cash flow accelerated as sales doubled within 6 months. For the first time in its' corporate history, the company is debt-free, and the owner/managers have enjoyed an uninterrupted, 3 week vacation.
